We recently visited students at Baxter Montessori school in Echo Park to help them plant their own butterfly garden and teach them how to care for it.

host or food plants in urban areas through hands-on workshops, outreach events, and media production.
The reintroduction of native plants in public and private gardens is crucial to the survival
of California's rapidly declining butterfly populations.
